About Me
My name is Daniel and I am a Level 4 certified online nutrition advisor offering personalised meal plans. I discovered nutrition back in 2013 when I started running. At the time, I was a slim-fat teenager struggling with low self-esteem. Running and learning how to eat properly helped me completely change my lifestyle, my mindset, and the way I felt about myself. Over time, this journey gave me confidence and showed me how powerful the right habits can be.
I have always been an empathetic and caring person, and naturally I felt drawn towards helping others. This is why I decided to complete professional qualifications and become a Level 5 certified nutrition advisor. My aim is not just to give people meal plans, but to help them improve their lifestyle habits in a way that supports their own goals. I am passionate about continuous professional and personal development, and I am currently working on further specialisations, including sports nutrition.

After helping myself, my goal is now to help you transform not only your body, but also your mindset. I want to help you make changes that last long term. This is not about quick fixes or temporary diets — it is about developing new habits, healthier lifestyle choices, and a different way of perceiving yourself. It is about rebuilding self-esteem, feeling confident in your own skin, and developing a healthy, balanced relationship with food.

My services are available for a period of two years, with a one-off payment. During this time, I am here to support you as much as you need. You are not left on your own after receiving a plan. Over the years, my plans have helped people achieve a wide range of outcomes, including weight loss, weight gain, improved performance, increased energy levels, reduced stress, and greater confidence in their daily lives.

Throughout my own journey and my work with clients, I have seen a huge amount of misinformation online. Spring detoxes, extremely restrictive diets, and influencers without any nutritional education often promote advice based purely on what worked for them personally — not on evidence, and not on individual needs. This creates confusion and informational chaos, making it difficult to know what advice can actually be trusted.

On my blog, I address common nutrition myths, such as the belief that gluten is responsible for weight gain, which is not true for the vast majority of people. Through my articles, as well as the additional informational materials you receive alongside your meal plan, I aim to provide up-to-date, evidence-based nutritional information. My goal is to help you cut through the noise, understand what truly matters, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Ultimately, my aim is to empower you with the knowledge and skills you need to maintain a healthy lifestyle independently — not just while working with me, but for the rest of your life.
