About Me

My name is Daniel and I am a Level 4 certified online nutrition advisor offering personalised meal plans. I discovered nutrition back in 2013 when I started running. Being a slim-fat teenager at that time I was fighting with a low self-esteem and both running as well as healthy eating helped me to completely change my lifestyle and my mentality and gain confidence.

 

I have always felt empathetic towards other people and since being a very caring person, I have completed courses to become a Level 4 certified nutrition advisor and my aim is to help my clients with their lifestyle habits to achieve their own goals. I have a passion for constant professional, as well as personal, development, therefore, I am currently working on more specialisations, one of them being sports nutrition.

After helping myself, my goal is to help you transform not only your body, but most importantly your mindset. I want to help you make changes for the long term. It is about developing new habits, new lifestyle choices, and perceiving yourself differently. It is about changing your life completely. About regaining your self-esteem and how confident you feel about being in your own skin. About having a healthy relationship with food.

Since my services are available for my clients for the duration of 2 years and you only pay once for my plans, I will be here for you as much as you need me to be for this period of time. My plans have worked for people before you who benefited from weight loss, weight gain, more energy, better performance, and less stress.

Over the years I have seen on the internet so much nonsense - spring detoxes, strict diets which are very difficult to follow, or influencers without any nutritional education giving out advise on how and what to eat. Often you read about what worked for them personally, which doesn't mean it will necessarily work for you as well. All of this will make an informational chaos in your head. On my blog you can read articles about healthy diet myths, for instance that "gluten is responsible for weight gain". However, this, amongst other examples, is completely false. I am sure that after going through the internet you don't really know which advise and info should you trust. Well, don't worry because you have come across someone, who will help you get rid of that chaos and who point you in the right direction. My blog, as well as the additional informational documents you will receive together with your meal plan, provide you the most up-to-date evidence based nutritional information.
