Why Work With Me

Unlike conventional practices focused solely on calorie counting and strict dietary restrictions, I embrace the 80/20 rule. With my guidance, you'll commit to your personalised meal plan 80% of the time, allowing room for indulgence without guilt or restrictions. My philosophy promotes a healthy relationship with food, empowering you to make sustainable choices while still enjoying your favourite foods. Let's redefine your relationship with food and embrace a healthier, happier you.

Fat Burners

There is absolutely no need to buy any expensive fat burners that only tempt people to buy them only because of their name. The most effective and verified fat burner is a healthy and balanced diet, hydration, quality sleep, and physical activity. Regular drinking of a quality green tea (for instance, Matcha) can also be considered an effective and purely natural fat burner.

Nothing Happens Overnight

Embarking on a journey towards better health and nutrition is a commitment that requires patience and persistance. It's common to expect instant results after adopting a new nutrition plan, especially after years of irregular or unhealthy eating habits. However, true transformation takes time. Each individual's body responds differently, with some noticing changes in a matter of weeks, while others may requires several months to see significant progress. It's essential for clients to remain patient and trust the process, alowing time for their bodies to adapt to the new eating habits and lifestyle changes. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is a healthier you.

Processed Foods

When navigating the aisles of a supermarket, it's crucial to pay attention to the ingredients listed on the food labels, particularly when it comes to processed foods. Additives, often denoted by an "E" followed by a number, are commonly used to enhance the taste, appearance, and shelf life of the products. However, many of these additives are synthetic and heavily processed, which may have negative implications for our health. I suggest minimising the consumption of processed foods and additives wherever possible. By prioritising whole, unprocessed ingredients, we can support our bodies with the nutrients they need to thrive.
