Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about my nutrition plans, coaching process, support, and commitments.

How long can I follow the meal plan for?

You can use your meal plan as long as you like. The goal is to teach you how to eat in a healthy, sustainable way, not to follow a short-term diet. Alongside your plan, you’ll receive resources and recipes designed to help you maintain your progress long term.

How long does your support last?

Support duration depends on the plan you choose.

  • Kickstart includes 1 month of support and is a one-off purchase.

  • Core Coaching includes a minimum of 3 months of support.

  • VIP Coaching includes a minimum of 6 months of support.

After the minimum term, Core and VIP plans can be continued by purchasing the plan again at the same price and duration.

Can I schedule a video consultation even if I haven't purchased the VIP plan?

Yes. Clients on the Kickstart and Core Coaching plans can purchase optional video consultations for £29 per session.

  • Kickstart: up to 1 consultation

  • Core Coaching: up to 2 consultations per month

VIP Coaching includes video consultations as part of the plan.

Can anyone purchase your meal plans?

I work with healthy adults aged 18+ who want to improve their nutrition and lifestyle. I do not provide medical nutrition therapy and am therefore unable to work with individuals who have diagnosed medical conditions (such as diabetes, coeliac disease, high blood pressure, asthma, etc.).

My guidance is educational and lifestyle-focused, not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, please consult your GP or specialist before making dietary changes.

Do I have to buy any special foods or ingredients?

No. All ingredients included in my meal plans are easily available in standard supermarkets. There is no need to buy supplements, as the plans are designed to provide all essential nutrients through food.

Can I order your meal plan from outside of the UK?

Yes, I work with clients worldwide. All prices are charged in pounds sterling (£), and any currency conversion or exchange fees are handled by your bank or payment provider.

Do you do vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free meal plans?

I offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free meal plans. I do not offer vegan meal plans.

My approach is based on a balanced diet that includes both plant-based foods and animal products. While I don’t eat meat every day myself, animal products are part of my overall nutritional philosophy and the plans I create.

Is it possible to have the meal plan created without certain foods or ingredients?

Absolutely. Your onboarding questionnaire covers food preferences, dislikes, allergies, and intolerances, and your meal plan is created around this information.

How long does it take for you to create my meal plan?

Once you’ve completed the onboarding questionnaire:

  • Kickstart: your 14-day meal plan is typically delivered within 5–7 days

  • Core & VIP Coaching: your full plan is typically delivered within 7–10 days

I aim to get you started as soon as possible while ensuring everything is properly personalised.

Why is there a minimum commitment and monthly instalments?

Core Coaching (3 months) and VIP Coaching (6 months) are fixed-term programmes designed to allow enough time for meaningful, sustainable progress.

To make the investment more manageable, these plans are paid in monthly instalments rather than one large upfront payment. This does not reduce the length of the commitment — instalments are simply a payment method for the full programme.

Can I pay upfront for Core or VIP Coaching?

Yes. If you prefer to pay the full amount upfront for Core or VIP Coaching, please email info@fitwithdanny.com. I will send you a one-off payment link and add you to the plan manually.

The total price is the same as paying in instalments.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes.

  • Kickstart (1 month): you can cancel free of charge within 10 days of purchase.

  • Core Coaching (3 months) and VIP Coaching (6 months): you can cancel free of charge within 14 days of your first payment.

After the cooling-off period, payments are non-refundable and the remaining instalments for the agreed plan duration will continue. All plans end automatically after their full term — there are no automatic renewals.

Is it possible that after following your meal plan I won't be able to see the physical changes straightaway?

Yes. Meaningful physical changes take time, and progress varies from person to person. Factors such as body structure, genetics, dietary history, and how your body adapts all play a role.

I encourage clients to be patient, follow the plan consistently, and focus on building sustainable habits. This is not a short-term diet, but a healthy, balanced way of eating designed for long-term results.

How does the coaching process work?

After purchase, you’ll receive an onboarding questionnaire by email. Once completed, I’ll create your personalised meal plan along with supporting resources and send everything to you within the stated timeframe.

From there, we work together through regular check-ins and ongoing support. Depending on your plan, this includes email support, progress tracking, optional or included video consultations, and WhatsApp support for VIP Coaching.

How quickly do you reply to messages?

All plans include email support with replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

VIP Coaching also includes WhatsApp support Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00, with same-day replies.

​

Is this suitable if I train, run, or play sport?

Yes. Your meal plan is tailored to your lifestyle, activity level, and goals. I also provide a general activity framework to support movement and training (this is not personal training or technique coaching).

If you require detailed training programmes or coaching, I’m happy to recommend a qualified personal trainer.

​

Do I need to track calories or weigh my food?

Not necessarily. Whether calorie tracking or weighing food is used depends on your goals, experience, and personal preference.

My approach focuses on practicality and sustainability, and we use tools only when they genuinely add value for you.

​

What happens after my plan ends?

After completing your plan, you can continue independently using the habits, knowledge, and resources you’ve gained. If you’d like continued support, you can renew your plan by purchasing again or by contacting me directly.
