FAQs

How long can I follow the meal plan for?

My goal is to teach my clients how to eat in a healthy way and the additional files that you will receive will help you reach this goal. You can use these to guide you as long as you like, potentially for the rest of your life. You will also gain access to my online recipes portal, which has almost unlimited amount of delicious recipes. On top of that, after 6 months of our cooperation I will send you a new meal plan for your current weight and physical activity to maintain your levels.

How long does your support last?

My Standard and Premium plans provide dedicated assistance over two years, ensuring long-term success. If you're looking to kickstart your journey, my one-month trial plan offers a taste of my expertise. Once expired, you can purchase either the Standard or the Premium plan.

Can I schedule a video consultation even if I haven't purchased the Premium plan?

Absolutely! If you have purchased either the One-month Trial Plan or the Standard Plan, you can still schedule a video consultation with me for additional £29.99 per one session with a 24-hour free cancellation policy.

Can anyone purchase your meal plans?

Legally I am not able to treat medical conditions with a diet. Therefore, I am unable to accept clients who have any kind of health conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, Coeliac disease etc. I can work only with healthy individuals, who seek to improve their nutrition intake and lifestyle, by teaching them how to make better choices about the food they eat. I also have a minimum age requirement of 18 years of age.

Do I have to buy any special foods or ingredients?

Not at all. All ingredients in my meal plans are available in any supermarket. There is no need to buy any supplements either as my meal plans contain all of the necessary nutrients.

Can I order your meal plan from outside of the UK?

Absolutely, I take clients from all around the world. However, I charge for my services in pounds sterling (£) and am not responsible for any currency exchange fees.

Do you do vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meal plans?

I do vegetarian and gluten-free, but not vegan meal plans. My opinion is that a balanced meal plan should contain not only plant-based diet but also animal products. Personally I don't eat meat every day however, whenever possible I buy it from local farmers and butchers. Other animal products are part of my everyday life.

Is it possible to have the meal plan created without certain foods / ingredients?

Absolutely! I will create your meal plan based on the questionnaire that you will fill in for me which includes questions related to which foods or ingredients you do not like or you are allergic to and, on the the other which foods or ingredients you prefer.

How long does it take for you to create my meal plan?

It usually takes me around 10-14 days to create your personalised meal plan from the day you have submitted the questionnaire.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can. If you are not happy with my services, you can cancel the subsription free of charge up to 30 days from the purchase. If you cancel after this period you will not get a refund. To cancel, please send me an email to info@fitwithdanny.com.

Is it possible that after following your meal plan I won't be able to see the physical changes straightaway?

Yes, that is definitely possible, therefore I ask my clients to be patient. Just as Rome wasn't built in a day, our bodies will not change overnight either. They need some time to adapt themselves. On top of that each of us is an original - we have a different body structure, different lean body mass, genetic prerequisites, but also dietary history. And each of us tolerates the dietary changes differently, so we can't expect miracles after a few days of sticking to the meal plan. I recommend my clients to first go through the tips and tricks documents and the meal plan and start slowly with the new regime. It is not a diet, but a healthy and balanced way of eating.
